I’m Victoria Kabungulu, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Ohio, and I’m passionate about helping children, teens, and young adults navigate life’s challenges with care and understanding. I know how important it is to feel seen, heard, and supported—especially when you’re facing stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, or ADHD. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you can explore what’s going on and begin building the tools you need to feel more grounded and confident.
My approach to therapy is flexible and collaborative because I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all path to healing. I draw from several evidence-based approaches—including CBT, DBT, ACT, person-centered, and solution-focused therapies—to meet your unique needs. I also enjoy incorporating creativity into sessions through play, art, and sensory-based activities, especially when working with younger clients or those who express themselves best in nontraditional ways.
As someone who values inclusivity and multicultural understanding, I welcome clients from all backgrounds and identities. Whether you’re beginning therapy for the first time or continuing your journey of growth, I’ll meet you where you are with warmth, compassion, and curiosity. Together, we’ll work toward creating meaningful change and building a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.
