EMDR is a form of trauma-focused therapy specifically developed for reducing the power of traumatic memories.

All our EMDR clinicians have been trained under an EMDRIA-certified program, and have extensive experience in other therapy approaches as well.

After your initial assessment, your Mindfully counselor will work with you to develop a plan of action, and work closely with you to help you meet you mental health goals.

What To Expect

Treatment typically targets three different areas: past memories, present disturbance, and future actions. The goal of EMDR therapy is to help you process information and experiences in a different way. Each session aims to leave you with healthy emotions, understanding, and fresh perspectives that will ultimately lead to emotional healing and growth.

To get scheduled, you can call, text, email, or use our online scheduler. Our intake assessment will match you with a therapist that meets your needs.

We accept most major insurance, Medicare and Medicaid.
