About
Everyone’s life tells a story and while yours may not be going the way you expected, I believe everyone is capable of finding hope amidst the hardships. It is my goal to create a sacred space in the counseling room - a space that is free from judgement where people feel comfortable to share their stories and find healing. I believe counseling is a partnership and I strive to empower women to work toward their goals for positive change. I am a licensed professional counselor as well as a national certified counselor. I completed my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University. My areas of experience include anxiety, depression, grief, OCD, life transitions, relationship issues, and stress management. I often utilize CBT, DBT, and mindfulness based counseling with my clients all while keeping in mind the uniqueness of each person. I am also willing to incorporate faith into therapy if that is something the client requests.
