Cathleen McKnight

Chief Nursing Offer, Nurse Practitioner

Hi, I'm Cathleen McKnight. I'm a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner currently serving as the Chief Nursing Officer at Evolve Health & Mindfully in Cincinnati, OH. My journey in healthcare has been driven by a passion for innovative, patient-centered care. In my current role, I lead our clinical strategy efforts, focusing on transforming healthcare through various avenues like greenfield initiatives, partnerships, and acquisitions. My goal is to ensure that our patients receive the best care possible while advancing our organization's mission.

Before joining Evolve Health & Mindfully, I had the pleasure of working with AssureCare as the Director of Clinical Services and Clinical Product Director. I spearheaded the development strategy for our Population Health Management software platform and electronic health records there. My role involved overseeing large-scale program execution and process improvement, ensuring quality assurance, and maintaining compliance with NCQA standards. Collaborating with a talented team of nurses, pharmacists, dietitians, and technology engineers, I contributed to building a new generation of electronic health records that integrate community care intelligence. This experience enriched my understanding of the technological aspects of healthcare and reinforced my commitment to quality patient outcomes.

In addition to my clinical leadership roles, I cherish my time as a Nurse Practitioner at Lisa Larkin, MD & Associates, where I provide primary care, women’s health, and weight management services. Teaching graduate students at Northern Kentucky University has been another fulfilling part of my career, allowing me to share my knowledge and passion with future nursing professionals. Throughout my career, whether at Ms.Medicine, Kroger Health, or in my current roles, I have always strived to blend clinical expertise with innovative healthcare solutions, aiming to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients and the healthcare community as a whole.
