About

Chris is a master’s level social worker with dedicated experience working with those who struggle with addiction. Chris earned his MSW from Cleveland State University and went on to become a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC), an Internationally Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor (ICADC) from the International Certification & Reciprocity Consortium, and earned an endorsement in treating gambling addiction (GAMBp), 

Outside of addiction treatment, Chris has a history working in the dual diagnosis and mental health field. Chris works with clients dealing with depression, anxiety, adjustment, juvenile conduct problems, court ordered programs, grief and loss, life transitions, low self-esteem, and relationship issues. A veteran himself, Chris is proud to work with military service members and veterans struggling with issues specifically pertaining to this population. Chris utilizes his education and experience to facilitate a therapeutic environment while using cognitive behavioral, strengths-based, and solution-focused interventions.
