Constance is currently in clinical training to obtain her Master of Arts degree in General Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University. She has earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Central State University and a Master of Business Administration from Ashford University. Constance has completed course work in Recovery-Oriented Care & Postmodern Family Therapy, Family Therapy with Children, Couples and Sex Therapy, Families in Crisis, Human Development and Family Dynamics Across the Lifespan, and Cultural Diversity, Gender, and Family Development. Family systems theory is the area in which Constance has been trained. She recognizes the importance of an individual’s relationships when it comes to their mental health. The forms of therapy that Constance favors are Emotionally Focused Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, John Gottman’s take on relationships in Cognitive Behavioral Family Therapy, and Virginia Satir’s Growth Model in Experiential Family Therapy. Constance is excited to work with couples, families, and individuals during her clinical training here at Mindfully.
