I have been dedicated to helping individuals overcome personal challenges and develop healthier ways of living. My journey began with an internship as a school counselor at Northridge Local School District, where I had the opportunity to support students through individual and group sessions, facilitate crisis interventions, and design a curriculum focused on building prosocial skills. Working alongside social workers to ensure students had access to essential resources reinforced my commitment to strongly advocating for those in need.
I completed my master’s programs in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling in 2022, specializing in couples, family, and marriage counseling. My experiences have allowed me to witness firsthand how impactful therapy can be, whether in an educational setting or through community-based services. Since 2017, my work in behavioral health has taken me across a variety of settings, from outpatient clinics to residential treatment centers, giving me a well-rounded perspective on mental health care.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families develop the tools they need to overcome obstacles, increase resilience, and create more fulfilling lives. My goal is to walk with you through your journey, helping you find clarity, purpose, and a sense of direction.
