Hi, I’m Emily Alexander, a Licensed Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and care. With several years of experience working with dual-diagnosis populations addressing both substance use and mental health, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals through some of their most transformative journeys. My work is rooted in the belief that every person has the capacity for growth and change, and I’m here to guide you toward achieving your unique goals.
I’ve gained a wealth of experience supporting families and individuals throughout my career. In the past, I was a case worker and investigator, collaborating closely with community resources, the court system, and other professionals to develop plans supporting safety, stability, and healing. I’ve also worked as a chronic care case manager, helping clients with substance use, mental health, and medical concerns connect with resources and build integrated care plans. This combination of roles has given me a broad perspective on empowering clients to make meaningful, sustainable progress.
When we work together, I always focus on your story, needs, and vision for the future. I value a collaborative and goal-oriented approach, whether that involves exploring new coping skills, building healthier relationships, or even incorporating your love for animals into our sessions. No matter your journey, I’m here to offer a safe, supportive space where you can feel seen, heard, and empowered. If we sound like a good match, I can’t wait to meet you and begin this journey together.
