More About Emma Cho

Hi, I’m Emma. I am a Clinical Resident at Mindfully. I have also worked as an Emergency Room Registrar at a Greater Cincinnati Hospital. In this fast-paced environment, I interact with a diverse range of individuals, often during some of their most vulnerable moments. My role requires calmness under pressure, exceptional communication skills, and a strong ability to navigate challenging situations—all of which have deepened my commitment to supporting others through difficult times. I’ve also contributed to community-based initiatives, such as The Paw in Hand Project, where I conducted empathetic client intakes, connected individuals to critical resources, and fostered meaningful engagement.

I am deeply empathetic and open-minded. I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space where you can feel supported and understood. My background in business has equipped me with problem-solving and organizational skills that I now use to help clients find effective and personalized solutions to life’s challenges. Whether you’re dealing with stress, navigating uncertainty, or facing emotional hardships, I’m here to walk alongside you and offer guidance tailored to your needs and goals.

Outside of my professional life, I find grounding in nature through hiking, and I cherish quiet moments at home with my three cats and a good book. These activities remind me of the importance of balance and self-care—principles I aim to bring into my work with clients. Together, we can work to create meaningful change and help you build a path forward that feels right for you.
