Hello I’m Georgia! I am a graduate student at the University of Cincinnati pursuing a master’s in Mental Health Counseling, and an intern with Mindfully. I use a person-centered approach to help you discover your strengths, feel empowered, and move toward the life you want. With a foundation of empathy, kindness, and unconditional positive regard, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore your thoughts and feelings. Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you, helping you grow at your own pace.
Sometimes, life feels overwhelming. You may be struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, or feeling stuck, unsure of how to move forward. Maybe you’re navigating big changes, exploring your identity, or building confidence and clarity in your life. Whatever your challenges, you deserve a space to feel understood and supported.
Reaching out for support is a brave first step, and I’m here to walk with you on this journey. Whether we meet in person at our welcoming office or online, I would be honored to help you create a more hopeful, authentic future.
