My name is Heather, and I am a Licensed Social Worker in the state of Ohio. I graduated from Walden University with a master’s degree in social work. I have three years of experience in mental health after graduating with my master’s degree. I have worked in mental health for a total of 13 years working with children, adolescents, and adults. My experience is with crisis, grief, trauma, domestic violence, suicide, depression, anxiety, etc. I have a year of experience working in therapy and eight years of crisis work, including crisis interventions.
I have experience in talk therapy and interventions based on the client and family’s needs. Therapy is for you, and I am here to support you in any way I can. The different types of approaches I utilize are CBT, client-centered, Humanistic approach, and talk therapy.
