Jacob Munz

Hello, I'm Jacob, and I'm dedicated to helping you on your journey to better mental health. My counseling approach starts with understanding your core challenges. I will then partner with you to find practical solutions and help you build effective coping skills to empower you to overcome obstacles. I strongly emphasize fostering open and honest communication during our counseling sessions. It's a two-way street – your candid sharing and my honest feedback form the foundation of our therapeutic journey.

My educational background includes a Master's Degree in Social Work from Campbellsville University, and I hold licenses as both an Licensed Independent Social Worker and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor III. Through my experiences at Mindfully, I've had the privilege of refining my therapeutic skills and providing compassionate care to a diverse range of clients.

I'm here to create a warm and supportive space where you can explore your challenges, discover your strengths, and ultimately find the path to a more fulfilling and content life. I look forward to embarking on this journey with you, with understanding, empathy, and a commitment to your well-being.
