Life is an adventure, and sometimes you need a guide to help you read the map. That’s where I come in. I believe healing and improved mental health are possible for all people, and that by changing ourselves, we have the ability to change the world around us. I am excited to partner with you in this process. I recognize the mind-body connection and seek to incorporate mindfulness (and eventually movement) into my practice. I am currently training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I am a member of the DBT, Gender and Sexual Identity, Neurodivergence, and Trauma clinical teams. I am currently in clinical training to obtain a Master of Social Work from the University of Louisville Kent School of Social Work. I currently hold a social work trainee license in Ohio.
