Hello! I have been a Licensed Social Worker since 2019, when I graduated with my Masters in Social Work from The Ohio State University. I have worked in multiple clinical settings in the mental health field over many years, including outpatient, inpatient, community-based mental health, and school-based services. I have experience with equine-assisted psychotherapy using the EAGALA model, DBT, CBT, and ACT therapies.
My treatment approach is your treatment approach. I am here to provide a non-judgmental, listening ear and walk with you through your mental health journey. I will meet you where you are, and we will collaborate with one another to develop a treatment plan to fit your needs best. I am passionate about helping children and their families tackle mental health concerns early. This is how we can ensure our children can thrive and not have to struggle with mental illness that impacts daily functioning as adults. For adults who were not allowed to take care of their mental health until now, don’t worry. We can work together to help you recover from any traumatic experiences or debilitating symptoms that block you from achieving your goals.
In my spare time, I love to hang out at the barn and ride horses with friends. At home, I either have my nose stuck in a book, my hands sticky with my latest art project, or cuddle with my two Siamese cats on the couch and watch anime.
