Hi, my name is Kaylee LaCalameto. I graduated in August 2024 with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and became a Licensed Social Worker in November of the same year. Since December, I have been practicing as a therapist, where I continue to apply my passion for helping others through a therapeutic lens. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked as a Peer Recovery Supporter, where I gained a deep understanding and appreciation for the importance of lived experience within clinical treatment settings.
I hold a QPR Pathfinder certificate for suicide intervention, further enhancing my ability to support individuals during critical moments. Currently, I am pursuing my master’s degree in social work at Northern Kentucky University, where I am refining my skills to become an outpatient provider upon completing my degree. My diverse background in both lived experience and trauma-informed care allows me to approach therapy with empathy, understanding, and a strong commitment to empowering individuals to achieve their mental health recovery goals.
