Kellie has earned her Master’s in Social Work from Eastern Michigan University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social work from Bowling Green State University, and has been a Licensed Social Worker in the state of Ohio since 2012.
Kellie has served as a clinical therapist working with adults in recovery from drugs or alcohol addiction as well as co-occurring mental health diagnoses during all levels of care. (detox, residential and outpatient treatment, and group/individual therapy sessions.) Kellie can complete Drug & Alcohol assessments in addition to mental health assessment.
Kellie strives to create a brave environment with their clients. One where they can truly be themselves without judgment or expectations. Her clinical approach incorporates Strengths-Based and Client-Centered theories, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, and Crisis Management/ Relapse Prevention.
