My name is Kelly Fallon, MSW, LISW-S, LCSW. I have 17 years of experience as a social worker. My social work experience includes: Clinical Coordinator for an Intensive In-Home program in the community, where I provided clinical supervision to licensed therapists and was an individual and family therapist; Treatment Director at a foster care agency; Program Supervisor for family preservation/reunification; and Case Manager working with children and families.
I have also provided therapy to residents in a nursing facility. I earned both my Bachelor’s in Psychology and Master’s in Social Work at the University of Cincinnati. I am a Licensed Independent Social worker with supervisory qualifications in Ohio which has allowed me to serve as a supervisor for those who are working towards their independent licensure. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Kentucky.
