About

One of the most courageous first steps that anyone can take toward healing and mental health is setting up an appointment with a therapist. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am privileged to partner with my clients in creating a unique plan to handle life’s challenges. My primary goal is to create a collaborative relationship with my clients that is built on trust, honesty, and authenticity. I strive to create an environment where everyone feels safe to explore difficult thoughts, emotions, and memories free from judgment. Together, we will work together to develop distinct healthy and creative habits to help you reach your goals. I believe that every client who walks through my door has the potential to create significant change in their life.

I received my Bachelor’s in Psychology and Master’s in Counseling from Cincinnati Christian University. In working with a diverse set of clients, I draw from a variety of treatment methods including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

My specialties include helping clients who are Neurodivergent, including those with ADHD and those who are on the Autism spectrum. I also work with clients on anger management, life adjustments and transitions, depression, anxiety, school problems, stress management, low self-esteem, and social skills development.

“Anything that is human is mentionable, and anything that is mentionable can be more manageable. When we can talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary.”- Fred Rogers
