Hi, I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a deep commitment to supporting both adolescents and adults through life’s mental health challenges. My journey in healthcare has included years of hands-on nursing experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, from dementia care to complex medical-surgical units. These experiences have shaped my comprehensive, empathetic approach to mental health care, where I combine clinical knowledge with a deep respect for the individual behind each diagnosis.
In our work together, you can expect a safe, supportive environment where your voice matters. I take a collaborative approach to care, focusing on evidence-based treatment, medication management, and supportive therapy tailored to your specific needs. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, or another mental health concern, I believe in meeting you where you are and building a personalized path forward, together. I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse populations and understand how important it is to be truly seen and heard.
I’m also passionate about education, both for my patients and the next generation of nurses. I currently serve as a clinical instructor, helping nursing students develop critical thinking and compassionate care skills. I bring this same dedication to lifelong learning and advocacy into my mental health practice. My goal is to reduce stigma, increase access to quality care, and help you feel empowered in your healing process. You’re not alone, and I’m here to help you move forward with confidence and clarity.
