About

I am an open and enthusiastic therapist with a passion for working with children, adolescents and young adults. I received both my B.A. in Psychology and M.A. in Social Work from the University of Cincinnati. I utilize a strengths-based, holistic approach and personalize treatment and goals to the individual client, implementing elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, play therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I have previously worked as a clinical lead within a school based day-treatment program, providing trauma informed treatment and social-emotional skill development to children with a variety of diagnoses including anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and ODD. I have completed a CBT certification course and have over 30 hours of continuing education in play therapy.
