She graduated from New York University with a BA in Psychology and from Tulane University with both a Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) and a Master’s of Public Health (MPH). She is originally from San Francisco and has spent the bulk of her career practicing in California, focusing on addressing trauma, specifically stemming from intimate partner violence.
