Life is a journey, everything a process, storms will come, BUT the sun will shine!  I am an intern with Mindfully, graduating from Northern Kentucky University with a Master of Social Work Degree, micro credential in Trauma-Focused Care, August of 2023.  I graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2020 with a master’s degree in criminal justice, as well as I am a certified Life Coach specializing in Solution Focused, and Transformational Coaching.  I have a Chemical Dependency Counseling Assistant license from the Ohio Chemical Dependency Board.     

     Social work is my calling as I am passionate about serving people.  Mental health is equally important as physical health.  Join me as we partner in the mindset of health and well-being.
