Rebecca Meyers




Becca is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Board Certified Art Therapist. She is also a trained SoulCollage® Facilitator, and holds a certificate in Applied Interpersonal Neurobiology from Southwestern College, where she received her MA in Art Therapy and Counseling. Becca’s approach is warm, compassionate, and playful. Becca works from a strengths-based perspective and incorporates Humanistic and Gestalt methodologies into therapy.

She is passionate about the relationship between mind, heart, body, and spirit. She often integrates somatic work that is based in trauma-informed expressive arts, and she enjoys helping people connect to their embodied knowledge. Becca has experience with eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, and depression, as well as attachment, parts work, and identity-related concerns. She especially enjoys working with young adults.
