I am a licensed clinicalcounselor with a supervisory designation, who has been providing mental health and addictions services in Ohio, to greater Cincinnatiand Cleveland areas, includingBrown, Butler, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Cuyahoga, Fayette, Greene, Hamilton, Highland,Miami, Montgomery, WarrenCounties, and other surrounding areas through in-person and telehealth servicesfor 18 years. I briefly worked in San Fransico, California while residing there for 10 months in 2007. I believe in a "holistic" approach (whole person – emotional, environmental, physiological, psychological, social, spiritual, and vocational)using innovative ways to promote personal wellness. I appreciate the diversity and individuality of all people, recognizing the rights of all human beings to be treated with respect and dignity. I am dedicated to enhancing intercultural sensitivity and competency, in all my work, to promote personal wellness and growth. 

As a certified clinical trauma professional, I specialize inevidenced-based treatment modalities, including but not limited toCognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT),Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy, (EAGALA and TF-EAP), Heart Centered Hypnotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFT), Person-Centered (Humanistic), Psychoanalytic, Solution Focused, and Somatic therapeutic methods. These treatment modalities have enabled me to assist in healing not only the person's psychological and emotional wellness, but the physical and physiological changes trauma has caused in the brain.
