Hi, I’m Tiffany. I am eager to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds on their unique challenges as they navigate our rapidly changing world. My counseling specialties are in neurodiversity, queer identity, depression, anxiety, and trauma. Additionally, my doctoral work specializes in autistic adults. My approach to counseling integrates trauma-informed practices, critical theory, and wellness to enhance your overall quality of life.
I am a multiply neurodivergent person with autism and ADHD being the most salient. I am also a cisgender, white, mid-sized, bisexual woman married in an age-gap relationship. These identities inextricably shape the way in which I interact with the world and inform my worldview. Due to my life experiences, I strive to be curious, empathetic, and compassionate in everything I do.
I hope to create a safe space in the therapeutic relationship where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted. My goals in our work together would be to help you heal and grow in your identities in ways that allow you to live well and authentically. If you believe we could be a good therapeutic match, I would be happy to meet with you at our comfortable office, located in Dublin.
