Tiffini Lasch

About

Tiffini Lasch is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner at Mindfully. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing. She began her training as a registered nurse in 2008, at Marion Technical College and graduated with an associate in the science of nursing with honors.  She worked seven years in dialysis as a floor and charge nurse. Tiffini went on to receive her bachelor of science in nursing with President Honors in 2020 from Chamberlain College of Nursing.  In 2023, Tiffini earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Mount Carmel College of Nursing and obtained her board certification as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner through the ANCC.  Awards she has received includes the Ann E. Schiele Presidential Scholarship, Values in Action Award, and Davita Village Award.  

During her time as a dialysis nurse, she recognized how the effects of mental health detrimentally impacted the outcome of one's physical health.  She was inspired in 2019, to pursue behavioral health nursing and joined Sedgwick as a Disability Clinical Specialist specializing in behavioral health claims for three years.  Tiffini continued her behavioral health nursing experience working with Netcare Access in the crisis unit and at Columbus Springs while pursuing her master’s in the science of nursing.  Her clinical practicum prepared her to work with pediatrics, adults, and older adults in outpatient programs, partial hospitalization programs, intensive outpatient programs, and inpatient programs. Tiffini supports mental health and those with mental illness through psychotherapies and psychopharmacology by assisting with recovery, building coping skills, and by developing resilience.
