They have lived with and overcome mental health struggles themselves. They are here to listen and support.

When is Warmline available?

  • Monday: 4 pm – 6 pm EST
  • Tuesday: 9 am – 10 am EST  
  • Wednesday: 9 am – 10 am EST & 4 pm – 6 pm EST
  • Thursday: 9 am – 10 am  EST
  • Friday: 9 am – 3 pm  EST
