I am a passionate therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through their most challenging experiences. I work with clients ages 13 and up, helping them navigate severe trauma, PTSD, complex PTSD, substance abuse, mood disorders, life transitions, perinatal and postpartum issues, suicidality, and LGBTQIA+ concerns. My approach is tailored to each individual, utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Psychodynamic Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Narrative Therapy, DBT, and Existential Therapy, among others.
I strongly believe in the importance of building a close, trusting relationship with my clients, and I incorporate humor to make our work together more relatable and accessible. My clients are my priority; I care deeply about helping them heal and grow.
In addition to my therapeutic work, I am also a Clinical Supervisor, and I take great pride in training and developing the next generation of therapists. As a lifelong learner, I stay engaged with the latest research and therapeutic techniques to provide the best possible care.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent 11 years as a cosmetologist and working in hospitality, experiences that gave me a unique understanding of the human condition and the importance of connection. I bring this background, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to personal growth to every session.
