More About Stephanie Kemme

Hi, I’m Stephanie, and I’m passionate about helping people reach their ideal level of wellness, mentally, emotionally, and in everyday life. With years of experience providing therapy, coaching, and clinical supervision, I’ve supported individuals and couples through challenges related to anxiety, mood disorders, life transitions, and relationship dynamics. In every session, my goal is to create a space where you feel empowered to overcome obstacles, build new skills, and make lasting changes.

I offer a personalized and collaborative approach to therapy, drawing on a strong clinical background that includes years of working with individuals facing complex mental health needs, as well as professionals and athletes looking to enhance performance. My therapeutic style integrates evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), all tailored to your goals. Whether we’re focusing on emotional regulation, communication, or personal development, I aim to help you move forward with confidence.

Beyond individual and couples counseling, I’ve also led mental health training, supervised clinicians toward licensure, and provided consultation on wellness in both clinical and workplace settings. I understand the importance of whole-person care, and I believe therapy should be both practical and supportive. If you’re ready to take the next step toward your goals, personal, professional, or relational. I’d be honored to work with you.
