More About Ashley Casarrubias Rios

Hi, I am Ashley. I am a graduate student attending a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Master’s program. I believe in providing a judgment-free zone where you can open up. I find importance in creating a safe space that is sensitive to trauma. To me, therapy is also collaborative. We are both working on what you want to work on.

I knew I wanted to work in this field when I volunteered for an organization that helps victim-survivors of interpersonal violence. I learned the importance of people gaining social justice in order to recuperate their lives. My goal is to support you in taking back your peace and bettering your mental health amongst your challenges.

Reaching out to get help is a big step, especially if it is your first time. I am grateful for your courage to seek services. If you are struggling with your mental health or just need someone to talk to, I will be glad to meet with you in person at the Anderson office or online via our HIPAA-compliant video conference software.
