Hello!
My name is Courtney Moorehead, and I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). I received my undergraduate degree in nursing from Mount St. Joseph University and my masters in nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University. I am passionate about working with people of all ages to help them learn how to live with and improve their lives despite mental illness. I have experience working with clients from a wide variety of conditions including substance use disorders, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and various mood disorders.
I understand how difficult it can be to navigate work, life, and relationships when you are struggling with mental health, and I want to do everything within my abilities to help you navigate your individual journey. Therefore, as a provider, I am here to listen to your wants and needs as an individual and determine the best course of treatment individually tailored to you!
When I am not in the office, you will often find me with a book in my hand and spending time with my wonderful husband and 3 dogs, Amos, Brock, and Tofu!
