Mindfully's peer support services are rooted in evidenced-based practices and deployed in fun and informal ways! Our certified Peer Supporters use their own lived experiences to provide a pressure free environment for conversations with individuals. Peer support services can also be paired with counseling and psychiatric services for optimum support.
Group Peer Support
Support groups are once a week, virtual, and last 30 minutes. You decide which day works best for you!
Body Image Support Group
Not happy with the way you look? Don't feel like yourself? Positive body image begins with confidence! Our Body Image Support Group will connect you with others who are on their own positive body image journey.
Stress & Anxiety Support Group
Feeling overwhelmed? Constantly exhausted? Worried about what others think? Learn how to manage these feelings by talking with someone who has been in your shoes at our Stress & Anxiety Support group!
Athlete Support Group
Do you feel like you've lost your identity? Are you constantly stressed about balancing your sport and life? Find more joy in your sport by connecting with other athletes in our Athlete Peer Support Group.
