More About Jessica Solorzano

Reaching out for support takes a lot of courage, and I would be honored to walk alongside you for that journey. Everyone deserves a place where they can slow down, breath, and feel heard. My name is Jessica Solorzano, and I enjoy working with people who are looking for different ways to meet the goals that will allow them to live the life they are looking for.

I like to keep my sessions like an ongoing conversation, approaching every person with compassion, humor, curiosity, and respect. I will provide a supportive and safe environment for you to be open and honest, so that together we can create a plan and path forward. I like to use a strengths-based, person-centered approach to therapy; YOU are the expert when it comes to YOU!

I look forward to discussing your next steps to see if I am a fit for you and your personal journey. We can meet online (via our HIPAA-compliant video conference software) or in our office location.
