More About Charity Chaney

I am a Clinical Director at Mindfully, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, and a Clinical Supervisor. I have been providing therapy and support for a diverse group of clients ages 3 and older for many years. I strongly believe in the power of counseling to help people make the changes they want to see in their lives. I also believe in the importance of having someone in your corner who listens to your experience and values it.

As the client, you are the captain of the ship, and I am the navigator. You tell me where we are going, and I help you identify obstacles that are in the way and potential routes to get you there.

I am especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent people, particularly those that are Autistic, ADHD, and OCD. I also love assisting those who have chronic pain and illness. Finally. I love drawing on mindfulness, trauma-informed, person-centered, and DBT strategies to help clients learn how to cope with a world that is often challenging and even traumatic.

I also have the honor of leading the DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) and Neurodiversity teams at Mindfully.
