Hi, I’m Devyn, an independently licensed social worker and clinician dedicated to helping adult individuals and couples navigate the complex inner and relational worlds that shape everyday life. I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, supportive, and grounded in real human connection. My goal is to create a space where you can explore your experiences with curiosity, gain insight into patterns that no longer serve you, and build practical skills for meaningful change.
I specialize in working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, interpersonal relationship challenges, and significant life transitions. My clinical approach is both evidence-based and deeply relational. I am EMDR-trained and DBT-informed, and I am currently pursuing certification in both DBT and Radically Open DBT (RO DBT). These modalities allow me to support clients in understanding emotional patterns, strengthening distress-tolerance and communication skills, and healing from past experiences that continue to influence the present.
With couples, I integrate Gottman Method principles and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) techniques to help partners improve communication, deepen connection, and navigate conflict with more empathy and intention.
In addition to my clinical work, I co-lead our agency’s RO DBT skills program, serve as a Fellow in Mindfully’s training and professional development fellowship program, and coordinate for our student-internship program. Mentorship and clinical education are meaningful parts of my role, and I value supporting emerging clinicians as they grow their skills and therapeutic identities.
Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy reading—especially fantasy and fiction—listening to true crime podcasts, browsing antique shops and thrift stores, going on nature walks, trying out new coffee shops, and spending time with my favorite people and my fur-babies.
If you’re seeking a warm, engaged, and grounded therapeutic relationship, I’d be honored to support you.
