Hi, I’m Bri, a Social Work Trainee (SWT), providing virtual therapy for individuals seeking a safe, supportive space to heal and grow. I got my Bachelor’s in Psychology from UNC-Wilmington, and am currently pursuing my MSW at the University of Kentucky.
I believe therapy should feel like a deep exhale, a place where you can show up exactly as you are, without pressure, without judgment, and without having to edit your story. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in compassion. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-doubt, or simply feeling overwhelmed, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.
Because I work through telehealth, therapy with me is accessible, flexible, and designed to meet you where you are, both physically and emotionally. You can join from the comfort of your own space and still experience meaningful connection and support.
I’m open to working with individuals from all backgrounds and across a wide range of concerns. My priority is creating an environment where you feel safe, respected, and truly heard. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. You just have to be willing to show up, and I’ll meet you there.
In my free time, I enjoy going to the beach or spending time with family and friends. My dogs are my world, and they make an appearance a time or two!
