More About Victoria Furst

Do you feel stuck in patterns that keep you from the life you imagined? I believe every person is like a seed, possessing the potential to thrive. Just as a seed depends on its environment, our growth depends on the environment around us. Whether you are navigating a season of deep disappointment or the pressure of life, we can work on the supportive soil and tools you need to break through the surface and become your truest self.
You deserve an approach that looks at your whole life to find solutions that stick. I am passionate about supporting individuals and couples with suicidality, C-PTSD, depression/anxiety, relationship concerns, and life transitions, drawing from solution-focused and evidence-based methods to help you build greater self-awareness and healthier relationships.

I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work with a concentration in Mental Health and a Bachelor’s in Healthcare Management. I am a member of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI). Beyond academic training, my lived experiences with life’s challenges provide me with a deep sense of empathy and a unique perspective that I bring to every session.

I offer a comfortable office setting for in-person sessions and telehealth options for those who prefer the convenience of online work.

The goal is to support you in finding hope and becoming the healthiest version of yourself. I would be honored to provide the encouraging space you need to take your next steps toward a more fulfilling life.
