I’m Constance, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Ohio, and I’m here to help you find your path to mental well-being. My journey began at Northcentral University, where I earned my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have a Bachelor of Science degree from Central State University and a Master of Business Administration from Ashford University.
I bring a diverse perspective to therapy. My approach is rooted in family systems theories, including Experiential, Cognitive Behavioral, Narrative, Solution Focused, and Gottman’s Method. I firmly believe that our mental health is closely intertwined with our family dynamics and relationships. To provide you with the most effective therapy, I’ve completed Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Trauma-Informed Coach courses, and I’m continually expanding my knowledge to better serve my clients. I’m committed to tailoring each session to your unique needs, fostering a safe and comfortable space where you can openly share your life experiences and challenges.
With over 20 years of marriage and four wonderful sons, my personal experiences have shaped my passion for helping couples and families navigate the complexities of their lives. I’m excited to work with couples, families, and individuals, both online and in-person, as we embark on a journey towards improved mental health and stronger relationships. If you’re ready to make a positive change, I’m here to support you every step of the way. Let’s start this transformative journey together.
