Reaching out for therapy takes courage, and I’m glad you’re here. I believe everyone faces challenges at different points in life, and asking for support is a sign of strength. My goal is to provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, we’ll work together to better understand what’s happening, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change that fits your life.
Over the past 10+ years, I’ve had the privilege of working with children, teens, adults, older adults, and families in outpatient therapy, crisis intervention, community mental health, residential care, long-term care, and child welfare settings. I’ve also served in clinical leadership roles, supervising therapists, developing behavioral health programs, and supporting multidisciplinary teams. These experiences have given me a broad perspective while reinforcing that every person’s story is unique and deserves individualized care.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work with a clinical concentration and am licensed as an LISW-S in Ohio and an LCSW in Indiana. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping you build on your strengths while developing practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. Whether you’re seeking support during a difficult season or working toward long-term personal growth, I would be honored to walk alongside you and help you create the life you want to build.
