Life can feel overwhelming at times, especially when you’re juggling school, work, relationships, and everything in between. You might be feeling anxious, burned out, stuck in negative thought patterns, or unsure of your next steps. Whether you’re a teen exploring your identity, a young adult making big life decisions, or someone navigating major transitions later in life, it’s okay to want more clarity, balance, and peace of mind. Therapy can be a powerful place to start that journey.
As a clinical mental health counseling intern, I bring both professional training and lived experience to my work. Before entering the counseling field, I worked as a certified life coach focused on personal development, wellness, and student success. That experience shapes how I show up in the therapy room—with a collaborative, strengths-based approach that centers your goals and empowers you to move forward. I’m especially passionate about working with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about the future.
You don’t have to have everything figured out. I’m here to offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. Together, we’ll build practical tools and insights that support lasting growth and change, at your pace and on your terms. If you’re considering taking the next step, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
