Chris Howard

LPCC (Ohio)

I'm Chris Howard, and I've dedicated the last 8 years to making a positive impact in the field of Mental Health here in Cincinnati. My journey began in 2014 when I graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. I then earned a Master's Degree in Counseling (LPC), which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to effectively support individuals on their path to improved mental health and life satisfaction.

Throughout my career, my primary focus has been working with adolescents and their families. I see myself as a partner and guide, helping them navigate the complexities of mental health challenges. Every person is unique, so I approach therapy with a holistic, client-centered perspective. I firmly believe in tailoring interventions to suit each client's individual needs. In my practice, I draw from various therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral and Solution-Focused approaches, and the power of Motivational Interviewing.

If you're looking for a therapist who genuinely cares about your well-being and is committed to helping you achieve a happier, healthier life, I'm here for you. Let's work together to create a customized therapeutic plan that best meets your unique needs and brings about the positive changes you're looking for. Reach out to me, and let's embark on this transformative journey together.
