Life can feel overwhelming at times. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or navigating a major life transition, you don’t have to face it alone. I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive place where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create positive change.
I have 15 years of experience providing counseling to adults, teens, and families. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and other evidence-based interventions tailored to each person’s unique
needs.
I know reaching out for help isn’t always easy, and I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. Whether you’re working through a difficult season or simply looking for a new path forward, I’d be honored to support you on your journey.
