I’m Mia Arnett, a Counselor Trainee working with adults navigating life’s harder transitions: moments of feeling lost, disconnected from who you are, or unsure how to move forward. Whether you’re facing a major life change, sitting with a sense of isolation, or simply feeling like you’ve drifted from yourself, I believe you deserve a space where you can be honest without fear of judgment.
My approach is rooted in presence, as I focus on building genuine rapport and creating a collaborative relationship where you’re an active partner in your own care, not a passenger in it. Spending much of my life traveling and immersing myself in different cultures and ways of living has shaped how I show up with people. It’s taught me to sit with unfamiliarity, to stay curious rather than assume, and to hold space for perspectives and experiences different from my own. I bring that same openness into the room, especially for those wrestling with identity, belonging, or the feeling of being caught between who they were and who they’re becoming.
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, especially when you’re not sure where to start. You don’t have to have it figured out before you come in; we can figure it out together. I’m here to listen, to walk alongside you, and to help you feel less alone in whatever you’re carrying.
