Hi – I’m Emilia but feel free to call me Emi. I am a Clinical Resident pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Cincinnati. I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and understanding. My areas of focus include working with individuals of all ages facing anxiety, depression, and life adjustments. Additionally, I have experience addressing LGBTQ+-related topics and am passionate about assisting clients in exploring and embracing their unique identities.
I strive to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where you feel heard, understood, and valued. Collaboration is at the heart of my approach—I believe in building empathetic relationships and tailoring the counseling experience to honor your strengths and lived experiences. Together, we’ll work to uncover pathways toward personal growth and lasting well-being.
Taking the first step to seek support is courageous, and I am here to walk alongside you on your journey. Whether you’re navigating a difficult transition, managing mental health concerns, or seeking to deepen your self-awareness, I am committed to providing guidance that empowers you to thrive.
