Life is a winding, treacherous road. Whether you are trudging through the quicksand of depression, teetering on the cliff edge of anxiety, crossing the rickety bridge of identity development, or tripping over the rocks and branches of daily life as you try to move forward, I am here to offer a hand to help you carry the weight of your experiences and help you develop the tools to navigate the path still ahead of you.
I believe that you are the expert on your own life. As a counselor trainee at Northern Kentucky University, I take a person-centered approach and encourage you to guide me through your unique experiences. As a neurodivergent trans-masculine individual, I draw on my personal experiences to create an affirming and accommodating environment. Through communication and acceptance, I hope to create a collaborative space that is safe for exploration, deep conversations, and growth toward living authentically, with the skills to manage all the ups and downs life has to offer.
Everyone deserves a safe place to express themselves, grow, and talk about the difficult and uncomfortable aspects of life. Asking for help is the first, and often most difficult, step. I would be honored to take that next step with you towards a more fulfilling life, whether in-person at our Fairfield location or online (via our HIPAA-compliant video conference software).
