To locate our office from Westwood, follow these directions:

  1. Head west on Harrison Avenue.
  2. Turn left onto Boudinot Avenue.
  3. Continue straight on Boudinot Avenue for about 2 miles.
  4. Turn right onto Bridgetown Road.
  5. Continue on Bridgetown Road until you reach 5630 Bridgetown Rd, UNIT 4 on your right.

Mindfully-Western Hills is approximately 10 minutes from Westwood, depending on traffic conditions.

To locate our office from College Hill, follow these directions:

  1. Start on West North Bend Road and head west.
  2. Continue straight onto Westwood Northern Boulevard.
  3. Turn left onto Boudinot Avenue.
  4. Turn right onto Bridgetown Road.
  5. Continue on Bridgetown Road until you reach 5630 Bridgetown Rd, UNIT 4 on your right.
