Life is an adventure, and sometimes you need a guide to help you read the map. That’s where I come in. I believe healing and improved mental health are possible for all people. By both accepting and changing ourselves, we can change the world around us. I am excited to partner with you in this process. I recognize the mind-body connection and seek to incorporate mindfulness (and eventually movement) into my practice. I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and several other therapeutic orientations including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
I am a member of the DBT, Gender and Sexual Identity, Neurodivergence, and Trauma clinical teams. I have completed my Master of Science in Social Work at the University of Lousiville and hold a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in the state of Ohio.
