I know that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, but my goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can work together to build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and help you feel more in control of your life. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or major life transitions, I’m here to support you with evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked in schools, hospitals, residential programs, and community mental health settings, providing therapy and crisis intervention to individuals from all walks of life. My experience has shown me that people are incredibly capable of overcoming obstacles and finding meaningful change with the right support.
