More About Kaila Briggins

As a Licensed Social Worker, I provide therapy for children, adolescents, and adults with a focus on creating a safe, supportive space where you can be heard, valued, and empowered. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, or life transitions, I work to meet you where you are, with empathy, respect, and a deep commitment to your well-being.

My background includes experience in community mental health and school-based therapy, where I’ve supported clients through challenges such as crisis intervention, emotional dysregulation, and long-term care needs. I’ve worked with adults managing severe mental illness and chronic health issues, as well as youth navigating emotional and behavioral challenges in school settings. Through this work, I’ve developed a trauma-informed approach that’s both practical and compassionate.

I believe that therapy should be a collaborative process where you feel safe to explore your experiences and develop the tools to build resilience. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your child, I’m here to walk alongside you with care and understanding. Together, we can work toward healing, growth, and meaningful change.
