Hi, I’m Kendra Wells. I am passionate about walking alongside individuals through life’s most difficult challenges. My work is rooted in a trauma-informed, client-centered approach that honors each person’s unique story and capacity for growth. I specialize in helping individuals work through trauma, abuse, PTSD, anxiety, depression, anger, and domestic violence. I also support military families and veterans, and I provide care for those experiencing suicidal thoughts or self-harm. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where healing is possible, and hope can be rebuilt.
Before entering the mental health field, I served children and families in crisis, working closely with survivors of abuse and neglect, as well as those involved in the legal and protective services systems. Through that experience, I developed a deep understanding of the impact of trauma and the resilience people can build when offered compassion, safety, and support. I’ve also provided crisis intervention services and worked with adolescents and families navigating outpatient behavioral health services. These experiences have given me a solid foundation to support clients with empathy and evidence-based care.
Whether you’re facing overwhelming emotions, relationship challenges, or the invisible weight of past trauma, I want you to know you don’t have to face it alone. I’m here to support you with understanding, practical tools, and a commitment to helping you reclaim your voice and your peace. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions to meet you where you are, on your schedule and in your comfort zone.
